I want to share a recipe with you today.
Four ingredients. Sixty seconds to make.
I call it the Testosterone Tonic — and the research behind it is surprisingly strong.
The base is extra-virgin olive oil.
A randomized trial in 60 healthy men found that just 25 grams of olive oil a day for three weeks raised testosterone by 17.4 percent and luteinizing hormone by 42.6 percent.
But the testosterone is almost a side effect.
What olive oil actually does is improve the lining of your blood vessels — the exact mechanism that drives erections.
Better blood vessel function. More nitric oxide. Harder erections.
The three ingredients I combine it with each add a different layer to that same mechanism.
And there are nine more recipes like the one I am about to show you how to make — each with a detailed breakdown of the science behind it and why it works.

Here is how to make it.
Testosterone Tonic
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Half a clove of fresh garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Half a teaspoon raw honey
Fair warning — the raw garlic is strong. Take it with food if the taste is too much on an empty stomach.
A quick note — this is a functional tonic, not a smoothie. The texture will not be perfect and that is fine. If the honey is too thick, dissolve it in a little warm water first, then combine with the olive oil, garlic, and lime.
Mix everything together and stir well and drink immediately before it separates and take once daily, morning or early afternoon.
Here is why it works:
Olive oil activates an enzyme called endothelial nitric oxide synthase — the mechanism that relaxes blood vessel walls and drives blood into erectile tissue. It is also the ingredient behind that 17.4 percent testosterone increase.
Garlic — crush it and leave it ten minutes before using to activate the allicin. Human trials show it reduces arterial stiffness and improves blood pressure. Both critical for erection health.
Lemon juice recycles nitric oxide and reduces the oxidative stress that breaks it down. More nitric oxide means more blood flow to erectile tissue.
Raw honey provides mild insulin modulation and makes the whole thing actually drinkable.
That is one recipe.
There are nine more in the full article — each one targeting a different mechanism, all built around olive oil.
